The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the everyday operation of production in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Responsibilities are to be completed with consideration of safety, cost, efficiency, timeliness and production of a quality product within specifications. This is a highly collaborative position requiring strong organizational, follow up and communication skills. For over 50 years, our mission has been to enhance the dining experience through the food packaging people utilize in their daily lives. All Genpak manufacturing facilities are audited by reputable third-party organizations and consistently score superior marks across all categories tested.
